My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the loud heating fan was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in guiding me around Detroit. The location was fantastic for my conference and close to convenient amenities, although cleanliness was an issue. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and poor quality, but the organic pulled pork was a highlight. The facilities were decent but lacking in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a nice modern look and were easily accessible, but I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a clerk to come to the desk for check-in. On the downside, some rooms were out of service due to being dirty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The location was great for restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Plus, it's just 5 minutes from 12 Oaks Mall and Suburban Collection Showplace. It was very cool and convenient for the conference I attended, with several dining choices, a Walmart, and coffee shops nearby.
